From my personal vintage postcard collection, this is a linen picture of a Pennsylvania town square. It was unused and on the back, it instructs to place one cent stamp in corner. The autos look like maybe 1920s or 1930s (I'm admittedly terrible identifying auto years). Some of the businesses you can easily identify are Eugene Jacobs, Fulton national Bank, and the wonderful Penn Diaries billboard on top of the building.
