New Hope & Ivyland Steam Engine # 40. It is a 2-8-0 "Consolidation" Type Locomotive. It was built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works of Phila Pa. in December 1925. The Locomotive is shown here at the Ferry Street Crossing in New Hope , Penna. This is a wonderful place to visit for Live Steam and great scenery ! You can even ride in the Locomotive !
