The product came a week after I was told I'd get it, the picture was very dark, hard to make out, and there was a flaw in the ornament itself (a bump near the bottom). The picture was way too dark.

I was disappointed with the writing on the ornament. It’s just too small and can barely be seen. Also it was not as obvious on screen that the position of the hole for hanging was centered on person’s forehead. Writing that came with chosen frame is too small and can barely be seen.
