I include a small polishing pad and anti-tarnish tab in a small zip-bag with any purchase of my jewellery. I use this label as my "thank you" and for care instructions. It fits perfectly on the little bags I have. They are printed on a durable/flexible paper. I worried the black might be streaky, but it is a clear, smooth, solid print.
