Overall it looks great and I love the quality of the hat. My only comment is that I was not able to adjust the size of the lettering on the second line any smaller that what I purchased. I was told that it was not possible due to the embroidering process but I have seen other hats with lettering significantly smaller. That said, I will almost certainly buy more for my crew members!
