The design process was super easy, the tag is thick and better quality than expected. Some of the paint scratched off when I put the o ring on, which is normal, but I wonder how long it'll hold up as we do a lot of hiking. Also came with rubber tag silencers, and did not come with the gold clip pictured. I was worried the front wasn't going to be lined up properly but it came out wonderfully. The text on the back is clear and easy to read.

I absolutely love these pet tags..
1- All four of my cats are pictured on the tag.
2-Superior quality tag even though I paid a little more to replace it.
3-The original tags bought in 2022 still look great as seen in the photos.
Even though the recently purchased replacement tag is lacking the vibrant color of the others bought in 2022, I still love it. ;-)..and is worth the money.
The newest tag is encircled with the red heart,
