José Jiménez Aranda, is one of the most prominent XIX Century Andalusian Painters. We have compiled for you his work as illustrator of the "Quijote del Centenario" (8 -volume book set published by R.L. Cabrera in 1905-1908 - Four volumes of text and four voumes of illustrations) , considered by many as the best attempt to portray graphically the immortal novel by Cervantes. This compilation will contain 689 illustrations designed by José Jiménez Aranda (of which137 are finished drawings, chapters 1-7:1; and 552 are sketches; chapters 7-38:1).

Beautiful horse drawing on this coaster makes it a great conversation piece. Artist is very talented! The printing Zazzle did is nice and crisp, but not as black as I would have liked and the edges had some execess on them But some sandpaper fixed the issue
