My Love Sweet Photo Double Sided Keychain

The overall keychain was great, I loved it, but it arrived way later than was expected and I ordered it as a gift with a personalized message and it did not come that way. All I got was the key chain in a plastic wrap so I was kinda dissapointed. Printing was great but you could tell the pictures were sandwiches in between the clear chain so I’m worried if they would eventually come out

I usually never write reviews unless the product is fantastic. i bought it for my boyfriend and picked two iphone photos, they came out beautifully. he loves it. i put in a picture of scenic mountains and it feels like i'm there when i look at the keychain. the design and printing was even better than what they showed on the website.

After I identified on your web site the product I wanted, I spent much time trying to get the key chain with a photo of a granddaughter on one side and our grandson on the other side. I got shuffled around on the website in a time-consuming and frustrating way. After giving up one day, I phoned your rep and she helped me get what I wanted. So, I hope you make small adjustments in your web site's functioning to make it work better for first-time customers like me. When the product arrived (although wrongly delivered by the post office to a neighbor's house), the photo key chain was exactly as I had hoped.
