Not to hard to customize, ordering was relatively hassle-free; the Zazzle Black feature was a plus. The item arrived pretty much on time. Customizing the design on a grey tee shirt might not have been the best idea; still, I thought it was going to look a bit sharper. But overall it's certainly a wearable item that will be fun for the occasion.
