Music and Japanese Cat Art Quotation Watch

Franco-German philosopher, musician and physician Albert Schweitzer (1875-1965) loved music and cats, as can be seen from his quote on this watch: 'There are two means of refuge from the misery of life - music and cats.' I've added sixteenth note music notes to the design and the great words are matched with an equally great painting by Japanese ukiyo-e artist Takahashi Shotei (1871-1944). Called 'Tama' (white cat), it features a serene and contented white cat with beautiful yellow eyes. The watch would be the perfect gift for cat owners, cat lovers, music fans and admirers of vintage Japanese cat art.
