Right at the Western Edge of the Pictured Rocks National Lake Shore (National Park) is the small town of Munising. On the Eastern edge of town you will find a trail head that takes you right to Munisting Falls, the walk is short but especially beautiful in the winter. This time I was treated to a dusting of snow which gave the whole area an aura of majesty.
