Multiple choice options make this the perfect customizable law enforcement nameplate. Pay close attention to the FOUR BADGE TEMPLATE DESIGNS in this version. ALL DESIGNS have a "full bird eagle" rank in the centre. Your choices are: "Police Chief" gold badge with eagle rank, "Police Chief" silver badge with eagle rank, "Chief of Police" gold badge with eagle rank, and "Chief of Police" silver badge with eagle rank. To select the badge you want on your nameplate simply CLEAR the other three badges that you DO NOT want. Then enter your name and the title as you would like it to appear on your nameplate (typically the same wording as shown on the badge but you can title yourself however you like).
