Moving at the speed of our bodies proves to be a challenge! We all tend to get moving faster than is good for our mental and emotional well being. What if we were to check in and see how we are feeling physically and learn from our body data that we need to slow down, have some tea, rest for a moment, and reflect? Give yourself permission to say yes to moving at the speed of our body. Don't let anybody else tell you what your speed is. We are all different and need to make wise choices based on what we know to be true for ourselves. This wisdom comes from InterPlay, an improvisational system that addresses "what the body wants."
