Moon, Comet, Earth, Sun Postcard

A watercolor painting of a vies of the Earth, shown from just beyond the moon, with a comet shown in the background. A colourful, imaginative and painterly style, with a turqoiuse and grass green Earth, the moon in warm French grey, and a blue-violet and black outer space. I wanted to begin a series of paintings of unique astronomical views. The first ones are of things we are all familiar with, but presented in a new perspective. I did this painting in watercolor and guache.
