I was very pleased with my Zazzle experience. I had never done something like this on line. It was very self explanatory to begin the process. After I was finished with the design, I asked help desk to check and make sure all was correct. They did have to make a slight change. They did it so effortlessly. Product arrived as promised and was beautiful. Everything was as expected.
