Monogrammed Red Zigzag Pattern Envelopes

I thought the envelopes were adorable so I ordered them to go with my pregnancy announcement cards. I got the pregnancy announcements a week earlier than I got the envelopes. When I sat down to send them out, the envelopes were too small! I had to cut the announcements to fit into the envelopes. The printing was nice! I was completely happy with that.

Terrible quality and customer service. I placed an order for these envelopes for save the dates and added an image inside the envelope. The production team made changes to my approved design and completely changed the scale of the photo. Luckily, I caught this before it was shipped and was able to cancel and replace the order. When I received the replacement I was mortified by the quality. The edges were ripped and rough (not a sign clean edge in a stack of 100), and there were ink markings on every single envelope. I replacement order was sent using "expedited shipping" on 12/23, however, I have yet to receive it. It's clear that this company does not care about quality or customer satisfaction. If you are considering using Zazzle for your wedding printing needs, I would recommend looking elsewhere to save yourself the headache and frustration.

It really turned out perfect exactly how I designed it. Paper quality was very good, colors and design were spot on.
