Monogram Pet Memorial Heart Ceramic Ornament

Purchased as a Christmas ornament in memory of my cat that passed away this year. I'm very happy with the quality of the ornament. It's very good quality, sturdy, and strong. The design tool was a little hard to use. I actually had to send my first order back because the print was cut off - but that was my fault not the seller's! The color is beautiful and the printing is clear. My only suggestion would be to have the shop do all of the designing for you so there was no chance of mistake - I would happily wait a few extra days for this service.

I loved it. My brother passed away in April and I will be giving these as Christmas gifts. The customer service girl that helped me was awesome. Awesome. I cried so hard when they arrived. Beautiful, just beautiful. I will be ordering more before Christmas.
