The online photos for this customized product were misleading. The critical wording seemed apparent on the website, but in reality, I am left straining to find the text, searching all over the label for clarity. The print quality is poor and completely defeats its purpose. Effective customer service includes basic quality control check before shipping items. It would have been considerate and professional if they’d reached would have reached out and explained the issue and offered a solution rather than shipping an unreadable subpar item. Very disappointed in the lack of proactive communication. .
