It's literally what's shown in the example, as the light reflection effect is printed. The grey tones are on the cooler side and compliment everything we wear. Stands out, but not distracting. Wonderful! Ordered 12 or so and upgraded to magnetic clips. Ordering more today... Can't really tell it's printed. Great quality.

I was looking for re-usable name tags that I could use for the rescue I volunteer for. I was pleased to find this option, with a dry erase front, and a magnet on the back, and ended up ordering 5. Upon arrival, the images and text are clear, and the name tags are a great size for adults. The edges of the name tags are rough from being cut, not smooth as I expected from the image, which is why I didn't score this a 5/5. Very satisfied with how the printing turned out. Logo is clear, colors are crisp.
