Modern Notary Public Self-inking Stamp

They don't honor "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" I hate leaving bad reviews, but when a company say 100% satisfation guarantee and I tell them I am NOT satisfied, and they don't back that, it's just bad business. The first stamp I ordered didn't have the word "Public" above the word notary, so it was rejected by my state. It was very nice, but I couldn't find one the same as it with "Public " on it so I designed my own. The 2nd photo is what I thought I was getting when I placed my order. Nobody tried contacting me to let me know that some of the stamps would not be legible or not exactly like the example I turned in, so maybe I could correct it before it was made. When I received the stamp (see 1st photo), my commission number was not legible at all! It will be rejected again. I contacted the link on my invoice and basically was told they don't honor the "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" on the website and my invoice, but hey, we'll give you a "credit"! As if I would try a 3rd time (First order was my error). I'm really disappointed... I've spent $100+ now and still don't have a stamp, which means I can't continue notarizing for my JOB. There's a 50% chance it will not be legible, but hey, spend another $40+ and maybe they will get it right. .

I regret to inform you that I am disappointed with the stamp I received. As you can see in the first picture, the two lines "ART 2 FEEL" are curved, which does not match the original design. The second picture shows the actual logo I provided. Because of this discrepancy, I am unable to use the stamp.

Product quality is really good. It's a self inking stamp, so you cant go wrong with that. Works as expected. Quality product and really happy with the image. Comes out nice and clean on our sleeves
