My item never arrived and I was not refunded for the item I paid for. I sent a chat to two different people asking if they can rush a replacement so I could receive the custom napkins for my event and they would not do that. Very disappointed and I will never order from here again. I cannot believe I have not gotten my money back on top of the fact that they would not rush and replace the item.
