The front and back images were upside down. After confirming that the uploaded submissions were correct on our end, the company would claim it was us at fault. They did not claim at fault, but decided to refund the order.

I ordered this item and customized the framing myself so that it fills up the card. Why is there a yellow border outside of my image? I resized so it fits it fully when I put in my order. On my order page it clearly shows it the way I resized it but when I click on the listing it shows the front image as cropped and with added yellow border. Also, they’re scratched up and I paid extra for SIGNATURE UV GLOSS. These are clearly matte and uncoated. I needed these in time for a debut show on Sunday March 15th and now I won’t have them . This is horrible. Please give me what I paid for.
