Customer service was excellent but very hard to get through to. It is not easy to find on your website and when I called, either asked to leave a message and have someone return my call in a couple of days or had to wait on hold for about 30 minutes. My first order was lost somehow but once the customer service person had it reprinted and resent, everything went fine. Not sure what happened to first order. They turned out beautiful and was very happy with them.
