Minton Stoke on Trent Sunflower Majolica Tile
Minton tiles were considered among the finest produced in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. This tricolor majolica design features a gold sunflower on a teal background framed by olive green strips with a leaf design. The sunflower was a favourite motif during the Arts & Crafts/Craftsman movement of the late 19th-early 20th centuries.
