Zazzle customer service has been wonderful, I was also very happy with the design and editing options. However, I was really disappointed with the quality of the invitations I ordered. I ordered the Matte finish paper and I assumed it would have a sort of plastic finish to give the invitation some rigidity but instead it is basically just cardstock. Two to three of my invitations were ruined as the edges were broken and roughed up. Overall, they do look nice but they feel very cheap and non-formal. It is much darker then I expected. The pictures and the overall color seems very shadowed and dark.
