The packaging was a strong cardboard tube, nothing ripped or wrinkled, the shipping was very quick and cheap considering the holiday rush and the customer service is out of this world. I had a question, after payment, and was answered quickly and very politely...even in this very busy time of year. Very much appreciated. The paper is the best quality you can ask for. The images came out very clear and the colors as bright as day. I was amazed of the quality for the price. The window from which you can customise the size really shows you exactly your choice so what you choose is what you see and what you get. Moreover, the window lets you know when the size you have chosen won't give you the best results. How amazing is that?! Poster is printed clearly, good quality . Inclusive of many prints . The shipping was the problem. Box was flimsy and item got bent.. only suggestion would have been to put in a canister or mark fragile. Printing was exactly as shown
