Product quality was great. Heavy cup, figures were clear. Didn't try to put in microwave or in dishwasher because I couldn't tell if it was safe. Wish there was a "mug" size larger. My favorite part was the personalization, which was perfect! As someone with an Irish last name, I use it year round and it is fun to have my name on my cup to know which one is "mine".
