I stopped using this sight for a while because of the poor customer service. Thought I’d order our Christmas cards here this year and it’s already been two weeks since I ordered. The cards have not yet arrived yet! If the cards make it in the next day or so, I may be able to get them out before Christmas but I won’t be able to hand write them. I’m having to use printed labels for the sake of time which takes away the personalization. I could have printed plain cards at any other shop and already had the cards out. Such a disappointment and if I miss getting them out, even worse. Do better Zazzle!! .
