This is a great handout for your Hospital or to customize for youself. Change the text to yours and choose your font style and background colour if you'd like another. Enjoy! I will say that I really like the tags I have from Zazzle, and I use them on a tote and another on a briefcase. When I graduated from high school a million years ago, a family friend gave me a gorgeous Reed and Barton sterling silver engraved luggage tag worth far too much to place on luggage, so I decided then to start putting attractive luggage tags on my briefcases and leather purses.
