The order shipped out earlier than expected. The delivery got lost in shipment, but when I contacted Zazzle, they responded right away and offered a replacement or refund. They added in expedited shipping since it was behind. I was very happy with customer service. The quality is excellent - it's on very thick, heavy cardstock paper, and it has a beautiful linen finish. I love the way they turned out! The printing is excellent. The image is very sharp, and the colors are beautiful.
