Mark Edward Westerfield 2002 Self Web Cam Pic almost 50 years old (49 years and 10 months). I was doing 25 miles a week at the track in good weather, working out with weights 9 hours a week, taking 22 GNC supplements a day, drinking a gallon of water each work-out day, and I was colouring my head hair red, my eye brows and moustache and side burns light brown, and my chin whiskers and under lower lip dark brown. This has not been Photoshopped in any way. I used a white 'rope light' around the computer for soft light for a more youthful look. I did not have a web cam before May 2002 so I am nearly age 50. I think that drinking a gallon of water before my work-outs helped my skin look more youthful. At this age almost 50 and next few months age 50 I actually had young guys hitting on me who saw me in person several who were under age ... it was ridiculous. Some were age 16 ... When I was outside or at the track or at the park or at a store. Nobody believed me that I was age 50. I looked younger at age 50 than I did at age 44 ... certainly, I looked younger than I did at age 47 1/2. Then at age 50 1/2 we began working 12 hour shifts a lot half the time at my job for the next half year and I was too tired to keep up my work-outs and had zero social life. So what good did it do?
