About This Design

"Mammoth" Postcard

"Mammoth" Postcard

Lovers of Dinosaurs will want this postcard. We all believe that the Dinosaurs existed. But to realize it is not so easy. Even with the help of the mounted skeletons and restorations, they are somewhat unreal and shadowy beings in the minds of most of us. Added to that, few realize that the brief span of human life, or even the few centuries of recorded civilization are far too short to have lived through any of these prim-evil times The utmost stretch of a man's life will cover perhaps one-two hundred thousandth part of a geologic period. All these creatures were gone when man did arrive roughly 6 thousand years ago.
