Mainzer art wasn’t just cats. It was also mice, dogs, and - I’m pretty sure - bunnies. This one depicts a mouse cobbler at his work bench, another fixing a sole, a third working as a shoe salesmouse, two lady mouse customers, two kindergarten age mouse-lets playing, and a sneaky little mouse hiding under one of the chairs, and poking into one of the ladie’s handbags. A VERY fun image, equally entertaining on all kinds of EVERYTHING, including throw pillows. Note that the print appears on both sides of the pillow, in mirror image.
