The postal truck with the State flag and exaggerated wheels was the cleverest idea! With postage raised again, I will use the postcard for quick notes.
(I mail postcards for all holidays always anyhow.). IT'S HAPPENED AGAIN!!!! No matter what the preview showed, the postcard back was printed UP SIDE DOWN!!!!!
which will result in cancellation problems!!! Quality control???
