The poster color and quality were very good. Because it is an odd size rather than a true poster size it was very difficult to find a frame to fit that wasn't custom. The color and image looked just like what was shown on-line. I loved the fact that the poster could be personalized. Would have liked the option of font size and color, but was still pleased with the overall effect and quality.

The shipping was the problem. Box was flimsy and item got bent.. only suggestion would have been to put in a canister or mark fragile. Printing was exactly as shown
