Popular Christmas Postcards

Your average, common-or-garden postcard comes with a picturesque scene of some exotic location. They sometimes have a white border on the front, a striped border on the back and the name of that destination printed in the top-right or bottom-right corner. They’re lovely indeed, but not quite as unique as those you can find on Zazzle. To narrow your search for an unconventional postcard, use the drop-down menus next to the ‘Refine by Category’ heading, or try the department thumbnails at the top of the page to isolate ‘Postcards,’ ‘Christmas Cards’ and ‘Invitations.’ Below, too, are some of our customers’ favourite postcard types – the ones they keep writing to us about!

• Photo Christmas Postcards: Nothing pops like Christmas postcards with photos. Use our design tool to construct a collage of your favourite holiday, wedding or travel snaps!
• Business Christmas Postcards: If you want to present your business as a cool new alternative to the competition, then a cheery postcard is less formal than a folded card and envelope. Coat each side of the postcard with the company colors, and make sure your name and logo are writ large for everyone to see! You could even mail your Christmas postcards for businesses with a calendar for some extra-positive PR.
• Funny Christmas Postcards: What’s so funny about Christmas postcards? Well, you tell us! Along with being talented artists, our Independent Creators are also accomplished wordsmiths – most of our cards come with a templated message. However, you can edit that greeting in any way you like, and show off your best one-liners and wisecracks.
• Family Christmas Postcards: Sure, postcards are important, but family is what Christmas is really about. Wish your loved ones the merriest of holiday seasons this year with our festively decorated cards.
• Pet Christmas Postcards: And speaking of family: we can't neglect our pets, either. Include a photo of your dog or cat on these postcards, and update any recipients on how they've been faring in the cold weather. Has it been ruff, or are they feline fine?

Unlike most holiday-themed DIY projects, creating a personalized Christmas postcard doesn't involve papier-mâché debacles and more glitter than the vacuum can handle. You have two options here: adjust a postcard that our Independent Creators have already published; or create an entirely new design with our custom Christmas postcard templates. Regardless of which you choose, the process is largely the same. Follow the step-by-step guide below to perform some Christmas miracles of your own, and to fashion an order that even the surliest of Grinches would have to commend.

• Step 1: Select a design you like and click on its thumbnail to be taken to the product page. Here you can learn more about the paper we use, the Creator responsible and any discounts that are currently available.
• Step 2: Once you're on the product page, choose a desired paper type, colour scheme and whether you want envelopes or not (exclude them to secure a slight reduction in price).
• Step 3: Click on 'Personalize' and 'Edit Using Design Tool.' You can then add images and text elements using Zazzle's design interface – this is where you'll add your own personal touch to your product!
• Step 4: Click 'Done' and see your final design! To return to the workshop, click on 'Personalize' again. Otherwise, hit 'Add to Cart' and we can start loading up the sleigh with your order!

Other than the standard holiday greeting, there's lots you can include on your postcard. Thank your loved ones for the support and kindness they've shown you this year ("You’re someone who helps me remember the true reason for the season, and I’m so grateful for you"). Relate an anecdote from Christmases gone by, or break out those puns, riddles and jokes we alluded to earlier ("Why are Dasher and Dancer always taking coffee breaks? Because they’re Santa’s star bucks"). Or, ahem, if that's too corny for your deer-est clients, then mention how much you appreciate their continued custom ("Thank you for your continued support and giving us the opportunity to serve all your [insert sector here] needs. We wish you a happy and prosperous holiday!"). Many people also use their Christmas postcards as a way to recap any major milestones their family achieved that year – such as graduating college, having a baby or moving house.
