The brighter of the MacLeod tartans, known affectionately as the "loud MacLeod". Clan MacLeod (/məˈklaʊd/ mə-KLOWD; Scottish Gaelic: Clann Mhic Leòid [ˈkʰl̪ˠãũn̪ˠ vĩçkʲ ˈʎɔːtʲ]) is a Highland Scottish clan associated with the Isle of Skye. There are two main branches of the clan: the MacLeods of Harris and Dunvegan, whose chief is MacLeod of MacLeod, who are known in Gaelic as Sìol Tormoid ("seed of Tormod"); the Clan MacLeod of Lewis and Raasay, whose chief is MacLeod of The Lewes (Scottish Gaelic: Mac Ghille Chaluim), are known in Gaelic as Sìol Torcaill ("seed of Torcall"). Both branches claim descent from Leòd, a Norse-Gael who lived in the 13th century.

I loved the idea so much of this metal lunchbox because I always wanted one as a child... but never took lunch to school! So when I saw this offered in Zazzle, I just had to make one for my nephew for his birthday. I'm not sure if he'll take his lunch to work in it... but I'm sure he'll find all kinds of other uses for this very unique keepsake case. It's so well constructed and my doodle artwork printed beautifully.

I'd been experimenting with transferring designs to other products when my wife noticed this old time metal lunchbox. I knew she wanted it thus I created a special one just for here with a couple of her favorite photos I'd taken. Excellent. The cloud image on the front is her favorite of the two. It was taken right off our back patio. The other image was in West Texas several years ago, wide open spaces and roads.
