Purchased this ornament for our daughter and her family. We love Christmas. Giving them a picture ornament is a great way to look at how their children have grown through the years. Unlike ornaments that you have to slide a picture in a slot, this one can be touched and any little fingerprints can be wiped off. The product turned out just like I had ordered it. Very easy to customize, even for someone who is not a computer expert.
