Louis Wain Old Cat in Shoe Nursery Rhyme Tile

There was an old Pussy who lived in a shoe: She'd so many kittens, she didn't know what to do; Those who were good had new milk and some fish; But those who were naughty she caned -- swish, swish! Way back in 1899, Louis Wain illustrated a cat version of the Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe nursery rhyme. There are seven kittens packed into the shoe alone. Two kittens are in high chairs drinking milk from bottle & tube feeders and a girl kitten wearing a dress is holding a cat doll in her paw.
