Lost Pet Ornament

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. I had made an error in the date I wrote for the ornament and could not get it changed because they process the order within 1 Hour of ordering it. It would be nice if they allowed more time to correct an error. Other than that, the service was quick and arrived within a few days. This ornament was for my 9 year old daughter. It had a picture on one side of our cat that recently passed away and a picture of my daughter with the cat on the other side. My daughter loves the ornament and said it was her favorite Christmas present this year. The picture quality was great; better than other custom design sites I have used.

I loved it. My brother passed away in April and I will be giving these as Christmas gifts. The customer service girl that helped me was awesome. Awesome. I cried so hard when they arrived. Beautiful, just beautiful. I will be ordering more before Christmas.
