Lord of Honey Round Clock

This sweet wall clock features the hand-painted work 'Lord of Honey' by Swiss artist Eliane Mächler. At its center is not an ordinary insect, but a male bee - the drone - which is staged here as the true king in honor of the crown. The image breaks with the cliché that only the queen counts, and reminds us that every part of the bee colony is vital to the bigger picture.
