Long Beach (New York State) Tile

This design features a painting by the American Impressionist painter Edward Henry Potthast (1857–1927). It shows a scene by the seashore in Long Beach, which is an oceanfront city in Nassau County, New York, USA. There are families with children relaxing on the beach. Many of the families are relaxing under umbrellas to shade themselves from the sun, and other people are swimming in the sea as the waves come in. The original artwork was painted by E.H. Potthast in 1921.
