"Little Boy Blue" Vintage Illustration Postcard

Illustration taken from "Mother Goose's Nursery Rhymes: a collection of alphabets, rhymes, tales and jingles." published in 1877 by George Routledge and Sons of the Broadway, Ludgate, London and in New York. The book has illustrations by Walter Crane (1845-1915), William McConnell (1833-1867), Sir John Tenniel (1820-1914)), Harrison Weir (1824-1906), Johann Baptist Zwecker ( 1814-1874 ) and others. "Little Boy Blue come blow your horn, The sheep's in the meadow the cow's in the corn. But where's the boy who looks after the sheep? He's under a haystack fast asleep. Will you wake him? No, not I - for if I do, he's sure to cry."
