Basic magnet with plastic button front. Sturdy, not flimsy. The printing has been great on every Zazzle item I've ever ordered. If you are designing your own item, as I did, as long as you upload sharp high resolution images, and have edited/cropped, and adjusted your colors, what you get will be great. If you are buying someone else's design, be sure to really look at the image before you order. Some designers are better than others.
