“Life hurts. More tea?” (here with a vintage tea cup with roses) is the first instalment in a “More tea?” series (© Mira), imagined as bits from an imagined conversation with an upper-class British lady on the subject “Life hurts.” Second instalment, as the conversation progresses: "Life requires determination. More tea?" Then: "Right . . . More tea?" And, finally, when the lady loses her patience, "More tea? MOVE ON" To me they would make fun gifts for someone who needs a bit of inspiration and motivation to make more tea and, well, move on. I also see them as amusing gifts for anyone who appreciates the importance of tea in one’s life.
