LGBT badge 2 Inch Round Button

Didn't get the order in time so they are still in the box they came in. I emailed Zazzle to have them re-routed and I was told that since they were shipped already, there was nothing Zazzle could do. Considering that Zazzle was the company sending the package, I am pretty sure that a representative from Zazzle could have called UPS directly to have the package re-routed since they/you are the company that was sending the package. I even offered to pay the shipping cost to have it re-routed. The least Zazzle could have done was to call UPS to ask if it was possible. I didn't even get that as a courtesy for spending $230.
