I did pay the required $50.00 Extended License fee to legally offer this happy face on my products here for you ... : ) As a teacher, my hall passes disappear daily. They leave the room and never return ... or they come back dripping wet from being left by the restroom sink ... gag. Pin this on or on to a lanyard they can wear. Have the student sign out.
