Letter 'A' in the Garden Monogram Throw Pillow

This vintage illustration most likely came from a children’s book or was possibly part of a whole alphabet done for the purpose of showing drawings of children. In this one we have two young girls in the garden where a large wooden structure has been nailed together to form a trellis that looks like a capital ‘A’. One girl is standing and appears to be wrapping ivy vines around the ‘A’ while the other is sitting down and appears to have a flower in her hand. There are many papers spread about and possibly they are picking flowers to press between the papers for drying them.
