Leicester Pink Floral Pattern with Monogram Tote Bag

Leicester was designed as a block printed wallpaper by John Henry Dearle in 1912. Inspired by William Morris' earlier design "Bachelors Button" of 1892, Leicester evokes the romance of the medieval past that so inspired Morris. Dearle was a British textile and stained glass designer trained by Pre-Raphaelite artist and craftsman William Morris. Dearle designed many of the later wallpaper and textiles released by Morris and Company in the late 1800's.

Beautiful quality tote bag in a heavy coated canvas. Shoulder strap is perfect length. Graphics are absolutely beautiful. The printing was great. The pink and black were perfect but the green didn't print as rich in color.

INCREDIBLE! These bags are beautifully made with a thick canvas fabric, and a shoulder strap that hangs perfectly. This is the smaller of the two sizes that I ordered. So Impressed. The printing is immaculate. The colors are just as deep and rich as the online image display. These are excellent quality printing.
