This French ad is for “conserves” which is food that has been preserved in cans or bottles. This would be a creative postcard/invitation to use for a housewarming or a party featuring kitchen products. Who could resist this jolly fellow with a big “le soleil” or sun on his belly and his arms holding pretty cans and bottles of food.
